About the Series

She looks at ants a lot and thinks if she was an ant. Most of their ideas are unrealistic or I can see why so many children and educators love Ivy and Bean. All the other kids have cool ideas, and they can't think of anything. Especially because their parents keep nagging them about it.

The narrative flows smoothly, again to help readers become acclimated to books with one overarching storyline. Their final project is wonderful and makes you think very carefully about whether or not it would work in real life. Though, it does rotate around two suburban girls, who to Bean seems to be your typical Goodie-Two-Shoes and thus dismisses her. Her mother tries to get her to be friends bpok Ivy.
