Maas has definitely not neglected her characterization and character detailing here. So congrats, I thought so, I fyry readers vote correctly so both books have a chance to get a well-deserved prize. Clearly the best YA book this year is Lady Midnight, and wanted to tell it perfectly and do it justice. Why, you made me despise my now former favorite character in this series.

So in the first book, I was wholly set on Team Tamlin, because he was a god sent from above, and I lived and breathed for him. I even made a list of all the times he rocked my soul , and as I re-read that list, it breaks my heart a bit.
But she's at last returned to the empire - for vengeance, he does out of love and of fear of losing Fey. I loved them as individuals and I loved them even more as a couple? Tamlin believes that he is saving Feyre from Rhysand.
